I find it difficult to book appointments as one of Dr. Froese' receptionists is akin to a Rottweiler... lied and said I hadn't been there in 4 years.. Which is funny cause I have asthma and have never gone much longer than 1 year without seeing him. Despite that was able to book appointment by phone. This was June 24th. Call never came... June 25th: asthma attack and ambulance ride. Luckily the EMT's were parked just down the street... Either the receptionist or the Doc do not take their job very seriously. It's not a walk-in clinic it is just a family practice. The lady at the counter was very rude and straight to the point about it not being a clinic. You cannot book an appointment or walk in.
