Every time I ask for repeat prescriptions I’m left without tablets for days at a time and I order them with plenty time … then to top it off last night I had an appointment for a swollen eye I was told it was infected and they would send my prescription through to my chemist and they didn’t do now my face is all swollen and solid and badly infected due to their lack of speed as usual ..!! I will be complaining
Who ever was answering the phones this morning was an absolute joke don’t know why people take jobs like this if they can’t talk to people with respect
Went for an appointment on Friday afternoon, Discussed an issue with the doctor and I was informed by him that due to the hospital appointment booking was now closed he would contact the hospital on Monday morning to arrange for an urgent CT scan on Tuesday.
