Went for an appointment on Friday afternoon, Discussed an issue with the doctor and I was informed by him that due to the hospital appointment booking was now closed he would contact the hospital on Monday morning to arrange for an urgent CT scan on Tuesday. Lakeside offer an excellent service in a challenging health care environment. We have recently moved from a Wolverhampton practice to lakeside along with my elderly parents. Our previous practice had some excellent staff but it was difficult to contact them and also hard to get an appointment. Lakeside is very different. I’ve had to call quite a few times, I’m always number one in the queue. When you get through the reception staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The doctors at this surgery are great but the people working at this surgery meaning the receptionist or admin staff are on a different planet. Since joining this surgery regardless of what the reasons are it’s always a two week wait. I even remember when my MRI results came through I had to wait over a week for the gp to call me to give me the results. Then in August 2023 Dr Gupta asked me via text to come and see her urgently due to my blood test results and the receptionist only gave me an appointment for two weeks later.... read more

The staff at the surgery are Brill they always work so hard they keep you informed and also the Dr's have always been very good keep up the good work nice to have such a good Dr's surgery on perton .
