I honestly feel like this surgery let me down more often than not. As someone who relies on them for mental health services, there hospitality and understanding is just non existent. Unless you are able to go to the surgery for your every need then they will not help as everytime I request something via phone they tell me it is not possible and they refuse to understand that I can not make the journey to the surgery at their demand. I moved to Rhyl in September 2024 and joined Lakeside Medical Centre, as a patient, soon after moving. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and service they provide. As a family we have been at this surgery since we moved to Rhyl 14 yrs ago. In this day and age with all the negativity about GPs, NHS, etc. I cannot fault the service we have always received from this surgery. Every single member of the team, from reception to the nurses to the GPs, always professional, helpful and get seen when need to be seen, referred when need to be referred. I cannot thank every single member of the team enough. Thank you

Excellent Surgery. Receptionists are all friendly and helpful. Will do all they can to help. Spoke with Dr Mohadeen today who prescribed an antibiotic that was recommended. He was very pleasant and informative .
