I honestly feel like this surgery let me down more often than not. As someone who relies on them for mental health services, there hospitality and understanding is just non existent. Unless you are able to go to the surgery for your every need then they will not help as everytime I request something via phone they tell me it is not possible and they refuse to understand that I can not make the journey to the surgery at their demand. I moved to Rhyl in September 2024 and joined Lakeside Medical Centre, as a patient, soon after moving. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care and service they provide.
