We have worked with Lakeside for many years and they have always provided great service. Recently we were away and checked our temp on ecobee, and it was much lower than expected. After a call to Braedan at Lakeside, he arranged for a locksmith to get the door open and then he quickly diagnosed the issue with the furnace , and after a couple of visits all was fixed and fully operational. When we had our heated floor in the mudroom say it was 0 degrees I wasn’t sure if I needed an electrician, a heat person, or god forbid a tile expert: enter Lakeside to save the day! I called one afternoon and spoke to Krista who was lovely navigating the situation. She told me they would try to send someone the next day but would confirm that.
