Honestly, 12 months ago this would have been a 2 star review. I bought a new AC unit that had perpetually been louder than it should have been, but only sometimes, which made isolating the issue difficult. However, their team didn't give up and thankfully on the last service call it seems like the issue has been resolved. May be frustrating sometimes but I do believe that they'll try as hard as they can to make sure you're satisfied.
