Had an unfortunate experience in that this company was hired to do the electrical in my addition. Upon our final inspection to close our building permit, we failed because they did not follow proper code (which I validated with the ESA and other building inspectors and electricians). Upon contacting them, they refused to acknowledge any responsibility and billed me for another full day to come out and fix what should have been done originally. Great service. We had an air conditioning problem and they came and repaired it within 24 hours during our heat wave.
