Brooke is not only a talented massage therapist but is also an amazing teacher. In dedicating regularly occurring sessions for some time now with her, I am not only healing physically but am (just as importantly) learning how to truly listen to and hear my own body - how to focus on specific areas so that I may move or rest them in ways that continue my journey towards wellbeing even after leaving the table. I am incredibly grateful for her practice and her expertise and recommend her to all.
I’ve been seeing Brooke for a while now, and she is genuinely amazing at what she does. She always takes the time to figure out what my body needs that day, and she’s not afraid to try different techniques until something really clicks.
