took my 16 ft have checked ran ruff there were about a dozen other boats it was the 2nd of June went AND picked it up on the 3rd of July they hadn't got to it yet did nothing I grant then about a couple dozen boats waiting to be checked but a hole month waiting picked it up put couple cans seafoam in it runs like a champ so maybe I was lucky
Worst customer service ever! I called to order a part, part was in in time for the weekend but they only emailed and never called so I didn't see the email in time. Then after checking their google and facebook pages that both said they were open on Monday I went out to pick up the part to find they were closed. (wasted 45 minutes of driving and my lunch break) I called, no answer. I then found what I needed elsewhere. I emailed them back to let them know I found the part at another shop. We finally have a boat that starts! Thank you Lakeside Marine! They were very knowledgeable and prompt in getting back with us and fixing our boat!
DO NOT GO HERE! They tried to charge 500 dollar for a waterpump change. 80 dollars for parts 420 in labor! That's a 30 dollar markup on the parts. I had someone else come and install the new water pump for 40 dollars. It took less than an hour and longer to put back what Lakeside took apart on my boat. They would not put the outer unit they took apart back together for me. Horrible service is and well overpriced. I wouldn't even give it a star if I didn't have to.
