Landlord takes your deposit and says he 'smells cannabis' and won't refund after a year of on time rent payments. Ridiculous.
Rented here for a year. Landlord refuses to fix anything, place was filthy when we moved in. Hired cleaners to clean, since there was fees and dog hair when we moved in, along with drug paraphernalia. The 'fully furnished' suite was so outdated and filthy we had to buy our own furniture. Landlord now wants $,1500 for cleaning, claiming he 'smelled cannabis' inside. Avoid at all costs. Cheaper, nicer places elsewhere.
