We stayed at this lodge style resort over the 4th of July holiday. We had a great stay and enjoyed our family king suite room overlooking the park and the lake. The staff are super nice and helpful especially Rafael at the front desk and the two ladies at the breakfast kitchen area. Our room was clean with gorgeous views of the Park and the lake. Family friendly hotel. Great for kids and family. Few walk to beach indoor and outdoor pool. Staffs very friendly. Plenty of parking. Definitely be back. In the pic show there is a wine yard but didn’t any wine yard.
Hello, how are you? I wanted to tell you about an incident that happened to my friends and me tonight in the pool areas and the green areas with a hotel worker. He went to warn us that they would close and then he told us that we could not be on the lawn and one of the two rooms we have faces the green area. He also told the people who are next door because if they were not going to evict us from the hotel despite all that and his rude way and yelling at us that he addressed us. I’ve booked with this hotel before and had no issues.. unfortunately this was not the case. I was attempting to book accommodations for my employees using their direct website, which explicitly quoted $425 +tax for a Double Queen Pool View room with a stated capacity of 4 adults. When I called the front desk to finalize the logistics before submitting the booking online, I spoke with an agent whom I think is named Corey, who was incredibly rude and combative.
