I would like to share my concerns regarding my recent experience with my son’s swimming lessons. I attempted to suspend his classes for 6 weeks through the Active World app, but unfortunately, it seems the suspension did not go through, and I was still charged. This was very frustrating as I was under the impression that the request had been successfully submitted. On top of that, his swimming lessons were frequently cancelled, often with very late notice. Horrible experience since Active World took over. My child’s class was cancelled more than 7 times, with three times that they did not communicate with us. We arriving to an empty pool. You would think that one or two times, yes people forget - where is the reflection and creating a better process? Staff seem not caring or didn’t know how to help. Not recommended!
I have been a member more than 2 decades using the light excise regulator. Made lot of long lasting friends and helpful staff and canteen staff
Ideal place to swim and it’s a good one for beginners.
