Retained services for Custody/Child Support matters. My attorney was very communicative and seemed invested and supportive initially upon receiving the retainer. Once the retainer was used and monthly billing began, level of professionalism significantly decreased, work was passed to incompetent associate attorney who sends out documents to opposing counsel with errors. I experienced the same thing as Jamie I would not under any circumstances use this place to represent me my credit card was overcharged twice she lied and said she refunded my money and never did kept continuing my case steady deducting from my retainer didn't show up for court had to contact the ARDC to investigate her in order to get my money back that she owed me she just kept sending me invoices saying I owed her money when she actually owed me don't waste your time or money I did all the work she did nothing but took my... read more
