I'm Katherine and was in this facility today (8/24/26). I was so very impressed by the cleanliness and orderliness, along with the great customer service provided to me today by Shannon. There needs to be more facilities like Lakeside Laundry. I recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you for your service.
It used to be a really nice laundromat. There is a new owner. It's ugly in there now and the amount of washing machines and dryers that DON'T work is unbelievable! Some of the old staff is still there and they are always great though! I only come here now when I absolutely have too.
My girl is a "regular" at the laundromat, meaning she comes here frequently to do laundry for our family. She always enjoys going and really looks forward to laundry day. More than ample parking too. Only down side is that this laundromat is no longer open 24/7, but hey, can't win 'em all. Never any issues.
Has gotten much better recently. Friendly staff
