Beware! Sinkhole area! I have a house in this community and I purchased it without knowing that it is a sinkhole area. We came to know immediately after the purchase and now had extensive loss and dealing with the sinkhole related issues with insurance company and others related to the house. I am paying the HOA fees even when I do not live there. Unfortunately, I have to go by the bylaws of the HOA.
Beautiful waterfall. Lovely experience.
The gate is always broken and they do nothing to get it fixed, bad management. We have lived here for 2 years, and the gate is always open, except for short periods of time.
