Booked online, asked to reschedule due to rain. Reservation was easily updated. The lady helping us was kind and went through everything. We all had a great time riding it and really enjoyed the service we received. Only thing I wasn't aware about was the additional gas change which I understood completely but just didn't read about before arising. Would absolutely use them again.
As a first time renting a jetski I did a reservation online, the system asked for a deposit kool NP. However, I receive a dysfunctional jet ski. He kept beeping the whole time I had to turn Off and on the jet ski, so the stupid sound will go away. The worst thing it’s that the jet skis have a limitation of 7 mph speed limit, and you cannot go faster than that. I understand there is restricting areas that say “no wake” However, if you are an adult, you’re able to go to the Open water and you should be able to go at least 20 m... read more
It was nice but we didn't our jet skies because somebody brought the ones we were suppose to get back late and our time was up so we had to share my son's jet skiis
We had an amazing experience riding the jet skis. Everyone helping us was so kind and very helpful through our experience. We will definitely be coming back another time and recommend everyone else to do so as well!
