Today at 8 am, I left truck 1205 at the office with the person in charge. Since I am only a driver to her, I cannot ask her questions or call. Her attitude was terrible. The purpose of my calls was for a purpose, not to bother. At other International companies that service my truck, they treat me with respect and let me know anything, without any problems and with great kindness.
Brad & Marge is the parts department were super nice, very helpful and knowledgeable to locate the parts the I needed and got them ordered. I will definitely be going there for parts I'm the future.
