Only 2 stars due to the facility, not the imaging operation. The building is part of a confusing complex of boutique-like stand-alone buildings... all with ridiculously poor signage to locate which building to go to. The same street level signage seems to serve multiple buildings since the parking is shared by all. Totally stupid. Final insult is double glass doors without ADA wheelchair buttons. Wha? Why would a health care facility not have a handicap entrance? Go elsewhere.
This was the best experience I've had since I began getting mammograms. From the beginning, the receptionists set the tone of making what could be a stressful time, feel enjoyable. And I mean let's talk about the view, shall we? Who couldn't be happy with that view? The imaging tech was even more sweet. You can tell everyone knew their jobs well, enjoyed doing their jobs well and it seemed they actually enjoyed each other. Amy S. was the sweetest & most patient Ultrasound Tech. Baby boy was being so stubborn but Amy was determined to get the perfect angles/images to take home and for radiology. I couldn't have asked for any better of a first experience. The staff are so pleasant and really make the environment comfortable. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
The staff are wonderful and the office is always very clean! I have never had a bad experience at this location. I hate that they no longer provide digital copies of ultrasounds. They used to provide them and that's such a huge part of getting an ultrasound that I took off two stars. They also don't let you buy a video or take your own which is kind of a bummer.
Professional and so genuinely friendly. Beautiful view of Lake Hefner as well.
