Jo is wonderful! She helped me immensely with the problem I had!! You need more people like her!! She always has a smile on her face!!! Whatever problem you have she does her best to fix it!!
Jo, our patient representative was very involved with my dad’s care. She advocated for him and checked on him frequently. Alyssa was our nurse and she was on top of his care and took great care of him.
