BEWARE: Lakeside uses subcontractors for air duct cleanings. These subcontractors are dishonest. When they came to clean our air ducts, they first did an inspection when it was specifically agreed upon beforehand that they would clean the ducts first and THEN do an inspection. Before they ever began cleaning, we were told that the technician "smelled" mold in our air ducts. They then offered to clean it for $2,000.
