I made a call on a Sunday. The tech was here within 15 minutes and he fixed the issue with my air conditioner in about 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing! These guys are great!
When we got home on a Friday evening our AC was out and the house was very hot. Trevor was the after hours contact and he said that he would come out at 8:30am the next day. He called when he was on his way, showed up promptly, and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem. Within 30 minutes of him arriving we had AC again. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable and we very much appreciated his work ethic.
