Eder was great - friendly, knowledgeable and fast diagnostic and repair of my “smart” thermostat that wasn’t acting so smart.
We had a freezing issue with our AC. Miguel Lopez was our technician and he was great! Very knowledgeable about his profession and he explained everything he was doing and was an excellent communicator. He was able to diagnose the problem and ordered the part. He restarted our system and got it working again and explained how to use the AC until the part arrived. This is our second service with Lakeside and I would highly recommend this company.
Lakeside heating and cooling have been helping me to look after a rental in Lake Chelan for the last year now. They’ve been excellent: punctual, honest and very reasonably priced!
