I went there with my dad for a follow up from the hospital. Sadly the doctor had no info from the hospital so he couldn’t do much. Dr.GARCIA looks like a very caring man he tried everything to help my dad with the little information he had. We tried to get the info from KRMC but they charge for every image from the medical records that you request. Not a lot achieved from that appointment but at least the Dr.GARCIA tried to help. OMG Dr.Pozun or Dr.Zero empathetic We waited for an hour with my oxygen tank running and DR.POZUN walks in don't let me or my daughter fully explained my condition and that I just got out of the hospital a week ago. So my daughter told him to please TAKE HIS TIME TO HEAR US AND EXAMIN ME. And he said that he was being rude. Then he proceeded to said I quote "if you pissed me out, I won't clear you." Honestly I did ignore a lot of the negative reviews only because I know everyone’s experience is different. But I’m on my 5th visit (4th test) and sadly between the incompetence of the front desk, the medical assistant not knowing what’s going on, and the doctors attitude, this place is a nightmare. You get alot of attitude, especially when it’s their error! My first appointment I waited over an hr in the waiting room to then wait another 20 in the back for Dr banjo who was very rude.
