Where do I start... Numerous attempts to schedule have resulted in "I'm sorry, your appointment isn't today, it's next week." I've scheduled so many times for this EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT, after a visit to the EMERGENCY Room at the hospital! TWO AND A HALF WEEKS WITHOUT SEEING THE DOCTOR! We got a weird message for the appointment today, wrong doctor, wrong time! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU'RE OFFICE? My Veterinarian has better scheduling and care for their patients! Current front office staff unfriendly. I made an appointment 3 months ago. Went to check in & they did not check to see if they had an approval from the VA. They should had confirmed authorization prior to my appointment. So now I have to wait 2 more months to see my Dr. Someone is not doing their job!!! Not my job to check!!! And get receptionists that are more professional & friendly. Patients would not get upset if the staff did their job.
