Had a series of tests done at the Kingman branch (7 tests total). Every time I was there, the entire staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Only suggestion I would give them is send the appointment reminder text more than 24 hours in advance to allow the patients who need to cancel or reschedule ample time to do so without paying a cancel fee. My notices came a few hours before my appointment.
Coco the tech made my nuclear stress test relaxing and knowledgeable. She made it fun as I was a little nervous when I got there. She knows her job well and has patience with the clients. I will refer others to go there.
Saw DR. Atassi concerning issues from a previous stroke two years ago to discuss current issues and if further treatment is needed on Friday 1/23/26. Reading some negative reviews concerned me, however I found Dr. Atassi very personable, caring and he listened well and gave me very good advice and recommended and sent in a prescription that same day to CVS. I actually have only seen dr Benjo a couple times. Honestly I am having such horrible care regarding pain management and transportation to primary care, and followups with ither specialists that I cant get in to see these guys. Its really a failed institution but not this doctors fault. I cancelled all my appointments because I cant get pain management and transportation to and from. Sorry but I have informed all my doctors and the insurance companies and the state insurance and they say let us know if you have any more prob... read more
