I was referred to Lakeside Hearing by my ENT specialist. I was very impressed at how quickly I was contacted by the office . The emails were very helpful to inform me of what to expect for my appointment. The staff very friendly. Dr. Sorensen is very understanding. I felt like I was her only patient . She explains the process well and I never felt rushed. Dr. Sorensen is gentle and so very kind. I have sent others to Lakeside Hearing because of the wonderful experience.

Dr. Nichole Sorensen has completely changed my niece Naomi’s life. For years, Dr. Sorensen’s been amazingly kind, offering consistent and continual care for a young girl with very challenging hearing difficulties.
