My follow up appointment was enjoyable and informative. Claire explained options on my aids that I wasn't sure of and helped me understand the features available on them. I knew my hearing was becoming a problem and I was so glad to find this clinic in Lake Country and have an evaluation by Dr. Sorensen. She listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything very clearly and then did a very thorough exam of my ears and hearing. Very knowledgeable & kind. Took my mom to get ear testing before her ENT appointment. Wasn’t told to get testing done until last minute by ENT receptionist and Lakeside Hearing gave my mum an appointment within a few days! They’re so accommodating and caring with their clients. Thank you to the two professional young ladies at the front desk. ♥️
Appreciated the late hours on Tuesday to make it easier to book an appointment. Staff were awesome and very helpful. Haven't gone a day at work without wearing my custom earplugs since they came in!
