I was diagnosed with Menieres. To verify the ENT's prognosis i was referred to Lakeside Hearing. The staff are amazing here.Happy to answer any and all question. Knowledgeable and caring. I was apprehensive during the testing for vertigo but Bailey explained everything to me and ensured that i was both safe and comfortable during the testing. Went today for the first time to assess hearing and recent Tinnitus and to enquire about new hearing aids , I’ve had ones for a year from another company that were just not working at all . I felt immediantly at ease with Baillie who took her time to listen and understand. Did a thorough test and I left with hearing aids to try ! I’d recommend this independent clinic !
I’ve never had anything but exceptional service at Lakeside Hearing by Claire and her team. Right when I walk in the door I’ve been greeted by reception with a smile and hello, making me feel comfortable and at ease immediately. Claire herself is amazing at what she does and so smart.
