We were given an appointment with a wait time of 1 hour, but it has already been more than 1 hour and 55 minutes and no one has called us yet. Because of this delay, we had to waste our time and miss other commitments. When we asked how much longer it would take, the response we received was bad and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
I had a disappointing experience waiting over an hour and 25 minutes as a walk-in. Despite arriving early, I saw others who arrived after me being called in first. I eventually had to leave without being seen. While the doctor may be great, I hope the staff can improve on fairness and communication.
Farzana at the front desk truly makes this clinic stand out. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. From the moment you walk in, she creates a warm and comfortable environment, which makes a big difference—especially when you’re not feeling your best. The doctors, especially Dr. Huda and Dr. Amna, are both knowledgeable, attentive, and take the time to properly address concerns.
