Absolutely awful place, don't waste your time if you have kids or seniors or even yourself needing to be checked up. The filipina looking receptionist has a serious attitude problem with a disgusting look. I went there today and they had 2 patients with 10 to 12 chairs being empty and they tell me that i have to wait an hour to see dr huda. I don't recommend this clinic. As per other reviews, bad front desk staff, wait time equivalent to emergency room. I was there (the only patient in the waiting area with 2 small children for 1.5 hours. they kept letting people in as they walked in. The front desk locked the doors and left while I was there for more than 30 minutes with no explanation until my kids and i counldnt take it anymore so we left without seeing the doctor. I will not be going back!
Don't come here if you are walk in. The receptionist is the worst I have ever met. If I don't complain they will keep calling other people and they have 3 doctors and when I complained the receptionist will said oh the doctor for you is next and I knew she did it on purpose just because I'm walk in. Note: Doctor is nice
Our family members have been patients of Dr. Elia for many years and we are extremely grateful for his care, knowledge and commitment to the good health of our family. My family has been using this clinic for several years now. I wanted to give this clinic time for an accurate and honest review. Almost every time we need use of the health care system at this clinic(maybe once a year), we are talked at with contempt by the staff at the front desk.
