This week while cruising towards Put In Bay for a vacation on our 400SS Formula, we had an issue occur with the engine/drive which would have cancelled our trip and sent us home. We called Dock Box Service Center and Lakeside formula and told them about the issue. Long story short, they realized our situation and with their resources, secured the parts needed to repair the boat and get us back on the water within hours, not days! We absolutely love our new Formula 330 CBR, and it continues to be a great experience dealing with Lakeside Formula. Curt is a knowledgeable and low pressure salesman who kept in touch over the years and invited us to many events including boat shows and demo days. We purchased our boat through Formula via (a private seller). Anthony met with us to see it and made the process very smooth! We came to a fair offer/agreement; with the seller through Anthony. We closed on our beautiful, used 280 SS Formula with Mike R. in office and had a wonderful experience with him as well! Mike is very personable, knowledgeable, and honest..
