This week while cruising towards Put In Bay for a vacation on our 400SS Formula, we had an issue occur with the engine/drive which would have cancelled our trip and sent us home. We called Dock Box Service Center and Lakeside formula and told them about the issue. Long story short, they realized our situation and with their resources, secured the parts needed to repair the boat and get us back on the water within hours, not days! We absolutely love our new Formula 330 CBR, and it continues to be a great experience dealing with Lakeside Formula. Curt is a knowledgeable and low pressure salesman who kept in touch over the years and invited us to many events including boat shows and demo days. Highly recommend Lakeside Formula. Mike and Anthony went out of their way to get me back on the water during a holiday weekend. Had a water pump failure Saturday night and they had me back up and running on Monday morning of Labor Day allowing my family and I to spend an incredible day on the water! Amazing customer service.
We purchased a new 2020 330 CBR from Lakeside Formula last August 2019. It was a pleasure dealing with Curt and Mike along with the service department for maintenance and winterizing. Curt and Mike did everything they said they would do and we had a great experience at Lakeside Formula. We love the 330 CBR and feel that Lakeside Formula has very good pricing!
