We purchased our boat through Formula via (a private seller). Anthony met with us to see it and made the process very smooth! We came to a fair offer/agreement; with the seller through Anthony. We closed on our beautiful, used 280 SS Formula with Mike R. in office and had a wonderful experience with him as well! Mike is very personable, knowledgeable, and honest.. We can’t wait until the weather warms up, we can do our sea trial and get our boat home to our canal to enjoy many more hours and years to come! Thank You!
This week while cruising towards Put In Bay for a vacation on our 400SS Formula, we had an issue occur with the engine/drive which would have cancelled our trip and sent us home. We called Dock Box Service Center and Lakeside formula and told them about the issue. Long story short, they realized our situation and with their resources, secured the parts needed to repair the boat and get us back on the water within hours, not days! We absolutely love our new Formula 330 CBR, and it continues to be a great experience dealing with Lakeside Formula. Curt is a knowledgeable and low pressure salesman who kept in touch over the years and invited us to many events including boat shows and demo days. Highly recommend Lakeside Formula. Mike and Anthony went out of their way to get me back on the water during a holiday weekend. Had a water pump failure Saturday night and they had me back up and running on Monday morning of Labor Day allowing my family and I to spend an incredible day on the water! Amazing customer service.
