Pulled into Lakeside Ford after closing on Friday of the May long weekend with an oil issue in our motorhome. The service manager, service advisor and mechanic all stayed behind and got us back on the road. Now that’s genuine customer service and compassion for out-of-town travellers like us. Can’t thank them enough.
Service was great! Easy to book apt, went in for recall on ford F-150 work was completed on time, even replaced my windshield arm for cheap, would recommend taking truck in again.
Travis and the team at Lakeside Ford went above and beyond to make trading in my old car and buying a new car 100% quick and painless! I called them on Tuesday and my new car was delivered to me by Friday. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here!!
