A friend of mine had been talking to me about Lakeside Fit Body for a couple of months. I finally decided to make the call and give it a try. I am so glad I did , and wish I would have joined sooner. All of the Trainers are excellent and really know their stuff. They will push you , but also recognize your limits, and will adjust accordingly.
