Even though I was just a retail customer and they were clearly busy helping their professional clients, the team member who assisted me was incredibly patient and took the time to track down exactly what I needed. In addition to their core product they offer a range of other tools and related supplies that can make this your one stop as you obtain what you need to finish the job.
These guys have the metric fasteners with fine threads that are basically impossible to find anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.
