I have been with these optometrists for many, many years. They used to be on Colborne St, now have a lovely place on Laclie. Dr. Bowser has been my main optometrist and is knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great eye care.
Recently, my grandma Anne had to get new glasses and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received from Catrina. She was so patient and answered our many questions with confidence and kindness. We ended up staying a few minutes after they were closed and never once felt like we were being rushed out. Thank you Catrina for reminding me of what a positive customer service experience can be and why we should all try and support local small businesses.
All the staff were very warm and welcoming, I didn’t get my eyes tested here, I just wandered in to look at rimless glasses. Young lady Jenna fixed my current glasses for me at no charge and I didn’t even buy them here. I would recommend their services.
Dr. Erin Bowser is the best! The staff are awesome. You will be so happy with the service you get with them. I would highly recommend.
