Personally, I won’t waste anymore of my time here. They really don’t care about your time. It’s worth the drive to Durant.
Overall subpar office. I’ve been calling all morning, no answer. They also gave me the runaround for over a month for medication‘s called it in several times wrong. Called over and over today- this clinic is not it.
I took my son here to get his ADHD medication and it’s over 30 days and we still do not have the proper medication. Prior authorization for meds took several weeks-had to stay on them for not completing it-Then we finally get the medication and they ordered it completely wrong. Run around with pharmacy-takes no responsibility—now I’m having to call AGAIN today and get the meds sent again all over after 30 days and just now This is the third time today that the clinic has called me asking for what kind of medication I’ve told... read more
Dr. Megan Fomby, is such an incredible doctor. She will actually sit down, make sure you understand, and discusses in detail. You can tell Megan cares about her patients. Not to mention, the nurses that work at lakeside, are also phenomenal. Always chat and check in. I never have had an issue here.
