I herrrible visit. I am a totally disabled senior. I sat in waiting room for 1/2 hour past my appointment time until i approached front desk and asked her to delete all the information i submitted on required forms as i was leaving due to being forgotten about, They all of a sudden found time to see me, I told every single staff member I was only there for x rays and cleaning allowed by my dental plan. Absolutely amazing experience. I am a tourist and had no idea where to go for help with a bad tooth today. Lakeside fit me in for an emergency booking, and the lovely lady who took my call got me checked in super quickly. Everything is difficult when you're in pain, but I was through reception and into the X-ray very fast. The lovely dentist assistant explained everything to me, and then the dentist came in and told me what I already thought: I had a bad abscess.
