Lakeside dental is amazing! For years, I have had an overwhelming fear and anxiety of the Dentist and they were so compassionate and patient with me. I owe my dental health and how far I’ve come to them.!!!
Bad experience #1 - Things started out well but went south when I fell for the Invisalign promotion. Lakeside Dentistry did not stand on what they offered and their error in the notes was about to cost me $1,000. Instead of honoring their promo, it required me to pull up a year old email to remind them of the offer. If I didn’t have the email, they would have kept the additional $1k on my balance. Caitlin is the best dental hygienist! She’s gentle but thorough. She explains everything in detail and lets me know what I should keep an eye on in the future. I’ve had people before who just clean and don’t care to go above and beyond like her. She’s got a great bedside manner that makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. 10/10!
I love my dentist! They do such a great job. Very clean and modern. Highly recommend.
