Great place…. friendly, cordial and a relaxed atmosphere. Love my hygienist (Caitlin)!!! and Dr Penland listens and addresses my concerns with honesty and realistic recommendations.

Unfortunately Lakeside Family Dentistry, while a good care provider - has questionable accounting practices and has prevented me from booking appointments due to errors in their books - claiming that there has been outstanding charges when they have been paid - with credit card receipts to prove. After multiple commitments for research and calls were not followed through on, they claim to have an additional charge to “resolve the account”. Paid $500 for teeth whitening. Then they tried to charge me another $528 for a whitening tray that I didn't ask for and no one informed me of this extra charge. Avoid this business
