I lived here for two years most horrible experience of my life my kids were targeted by 800 johnathon court 806 johnathon court and she don’t even have her kids or a place of her own. If you want a nice place to to live don’t live here especially with kids they will target your kids go after your mother and ruin your car they throw rocks at it, scratch your car and slice your tires. Lakeside Estates is a cute compact little townhouse community located off Mill Road and Fire road in Egg Harbor Township. In the current market you can find a short sale for as little as 125K and maybe a pristine unit somewhere a bit higher. The are generally 3 bedroom with 1 1/2 baths but the later units had a full bath on the top floor bedroom.
