I have taken down my last review for Lakeside Estates in Umatilla because the owners have fulfilled their promises to the residents. We now have a new roof on the clubhouse and there will be a new dock in a couple of days. Many trees have been removed or groomed, and the park looks so much better. I only wish that we still had lake water to water our plants with but that was too expensive, and I understand. My last thought is when they raise the rent it needs to be in small amounts, many of us live off social security. The n... read more

I know the reviews are mostly negative, but I have been here 2 1/2 years and I am very happy here. It took awhile for the owners to get some things done but I see a great improvement since I moved in. People complain about the lot rent, but we are lower than the other communities that we looked at. I can honestly say that my neighbors through out this park are amazing. My wife and I have lived in a number of neighborhoods throughout the years and have never had so many wonderful neighbors.
