I am very impressed with Lakeside ENT. I was there a few weeks ago with severe sinus issue, couldn't breathe through nose at all. I was seen by Zohal Monsour PA-C. She diagnosed my issue, immediately called in prescriptions and scheduled further follow up and potential recommendations, which she followed through on. My daughter keeps getting outer ear infections and when asked what we can do to stop them, they said nothing! They will not get her in when she gets infected and then complain I went to her pediatrician instead of them. They dont seem to know what they are doing, or care that my daughter is suffering in pain
This place is great… went there two days ago and they got me in last minute. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. I was seen by Zohal Monsour, who was wonderful. Sincere thank you to Lakeside for helping me! Would highly recommend!!!
Called the office to get an appt after being seen in the Er for bad case of Vertigo. Waited two hours for someone to call me back to tell me the first opening is at the end of June. They didn’t care that everything is spinning and my balance is off. They told me to try calling other places which I did and I have an appt tomorrow. They need to have spaces when booking appointments for emergencies. Very disappointing. Something needs to be done. Guess I won’t call here again.
If you're not 85 or older getting a earing aid then dont go here. There are children and adults with problems and have to wait 2 hrs so that everyone can get hearring aids and the rest of us can be told I don't care, there's nothing i can do and deal with it. Won't be returning ever again!!!!!!
