I am very excited I received a call back from management immediately. The person who called actually followed through and realized there was mis communication, which defaulted in all that had happened. Now everything is resolved. And if in anyway I thought I was discriminated, it was just a misunderstanding as well. That’s the situation with cultured, we are all different, we all think differently. Thanks for understanding.

Now after having an unpleasant conversation with the billing person who happens to be office manager and had never reply to my call; now after been mentioned by her, now I am able to know there is an email . Obviously no one says anything previously and in my situation where my insurance was termed and I was not aware of it til after business hours when I went to the pharmacy to get a prescription. I would like to thank Lori for her knowledge and persistence. I am type 1 diabetic with the pump. This is how persistent she was in helping me finally getting Dexcom. While I was in the office she took my sugars and it was 45. She ask me did I feel my sugars going down and I said No. She gave me orange juice and glucose tablet. She took my sugars again and it when up to 78. Another sugar test and this time it was 111. Lori told me more than once to get the Dexcom because my sugars go up and down all the time. I have been with this practice for over ten years. I am completely staisfied with the entire staff and the excellent treatment I have received for both my thyroid and diabetes issues. Whenever I have a problem with my mail order prescriptions - and this is a recurring situation - the office goes out of its way to quickly relsove the matter. I could go to a practice closer to home, but I gladly chose travel to Lakeside Endocrine Associates.
