We needed dock accessories in the form of pontoon boat dock bumpers and an aluminum bench seat. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding what we needed. I called before noon from out of town and by the time I got there everything was packaged and ready for me to pick up.
Andy and Chad were fantastic to work with. They were hospitable and helpful throughout the process. The property presented some unique challenges, but Chad went above and beyond by visiting the site multiple times to assess the shoreline and water conditions, recommending the best dock for our needs. This level of service was exceptional, especially compared to other competitors who were reluctant to do on-site assessments. While I haven’t bought anything yet, customer service has been great. They answered the phone right away, and took the time to answer all my questions. I had an estimate for a new boat lift in my email within an hour or two. Can’t beat the customer service and I appreciate that. Still deciding what to do, but they’re definitely at the top of the list. Thanks Chad for your help and quick response!!
