I haven't encountered many companies who are as committed to their customers as Chad and crew at Lakeside. I contacted him about a used boat lift--when he came out to check water depth, he switched us to a different (more expensive) lift better suited to the depth for the same price. Installation was great, and they've been helpful with all my questions. Top notch outfit, can't recommend them enough.
Chad & Andrew & their entire team are the best in the northwoods. We have used them since they opened & you will not find anyone else that will match there expertise & service. We needed dock accessories in the form of pontoon boat dock bumpers and an aluminum bench seat. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding what we needed. I called before noon from out of town and by the time I got there everything was packaged and ready for me to pick up.
Andy and Chad were fantastic to work with. They were hospitable and helpful throughout the process. The property presented some unique challenges, but Chad went above and beyond by visiting the site multiple times to assess the shoreline and water conditions, recommending the best dock for our needs. This level of service was exceptional, especially compared to other competitors who were reluctant to do on-site assessments.
