I’ve visited this place last Thursday (May 15) as my mom was feeling extreme pain in her tooth. Sharon has guided me a couple of days ago and addressed my concerns & queries about the treatment, what remedies I could do as a primary care for my mother. My reason for visiting this clinic was only because Sharon’s honest advice & her resourcefulness. If you haven’t yet, I highly recommend that you book a Spa session with the newest hygienist addition to the lakeside family : “May”. She’s extremely professional, gentle and at one point during the cleaning I might have dozed off. Her analogy of how a tooth is like a “smartie” explained lots of things about my teeth!! I’ve never seen a group of professionals enjoy their job and working together like this group. You will feel the TLC as soon as you step into their new 5stars high scale spa like office.
I switched to this practice after moving to the area. I cannot recommend this dental office enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional and are so on the ball. Dr. Mira and Dr. Max are so sweet and have incredible patient care. In addition to the dentists, every interaction I have had with front desk staff, dental assistants, and hygienists has been very positive and judgement free. 5 stars from me!
Been going here for all dental work since moving to the GTA which is around 7 years, I've never received anything less than top notch service and reasonable pricing. Dr Max and all the other staff make you feel like family whilst conducting their work with the utmost professionalism and passion. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I've driven up to an hour for appointments as I've moved around town and would gladly drive even further because they're the best.
