We had to take our seven year-old granddaughter here to have some teeth removed, some filled, some capped. They gave her anesthesia to do the dental surgery. Everybody was friendly. Everything went great. The dentist and nurse involved with our granddaughter had her laughing before the procedure. And they regularly updated us as the procedure was happening. Which was appreciated. I think we were more filled with anxiety and nervous than the seven-year-old was. I guess I forgot to take any photos. Bummer.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. My son has special needs, so medical procedures can sometimes be stressful and overwhelming for him, but the entire staff went above and beyond to make him feel safe and comfortable. Every single person we encountered, from the office staff and nurses to the anesthesiologists and doctors, was welcoming, patient, compassionate, and incredibly kind. Only talked to a staff member, but lets say it was a far from pleasant experience. Firstly, it needs to be CLEAR that this surgery center is pediatric only. I unfortunately had dental neglect throughout my childhood, and thereby now need an enormous amount of dental surgery, which 1, i am absolutely terrified of. and 2 anesthesia would make this process easier for me in both procedure and healing. Finally, my son’s cavities have been taken care of, and I feel so grateful. Teeth are so important to overall health, and the whole process was very professional and smooth.

The entire staff was amazingand friendly. They treated us with the best care. My son is on the spectrum and they loved and cared for him as if he was one of their own. Very patient and understanding with him. The entire visit was truly a wonderful experience.
