Great care! Was so nervous as it wasn’t our usual dentist we are used to, and they took care of us as we had known them for years! Ms.Carrington was the highlight, she made sure to make my boy feel secure and nothing to be afraid of! Giving coloring sheets and slurpies after! Couldn’t recommend this place more.
My year old son has level 2 autism and he is nonverbal. We were sent to Lakeside for my son to be sedated so they could get his xrays and do what needed to be done to his teeth while he was under. I will say I was very emotional and nervous about everything. The staff was very friendly, very open, they answered all the questions i had, and they made me feel comfortable in the whole process. Everyone was nice and helpful. My granddaughter had a very enjoyable experience
The entire staff was amazing. They made what is potentially a very scary procedure for my 7 year old an absolute breeze! He was greeted with his favorite characters on a coloring sheet on his bed when he arrived. Came home with toys, new dental hygiene supplies, very clear aftercare paperwork & a slushie! The staff treats your kiddo like they are their own & it makes the world of difference !
