They welcome you and you can relax before seeing the Dentist. During the exam they are calming and end they are courteous. I do have gagging problems and i am sorry about that. They understood and tried a few times to relax me more.
This an amazing Dental practice. The staff are fantastic. The check in and checkout process is very efficient. But for me the most important aspect are the dentists.I am with this Dental practice for more then 4 years and just finished a 6 monthly checkup. They really know how to look after their customers. While the dentist was terrific, the number of times I was contacted as a reminder was ridiculous. A request to attend 10 mins early is unacceptable, the dentist was running 20 mins late, 30 mins of my time wasted! No emergency appts available either!
