Made an appointment here over 3 weeks ago. They ask about insurance and I gave it to them. They called yesterday to remind me if my appt and moved my time back 30 minutes. I drive an hour to get here to be told, They Don't Take Either One Of My Insurance Coverages!! WTH.. So you know who you spoke with??? Whoever answered that phone and made the appointment.. You had 3 weeks, you called to remind me etc.. Let me drive all the way out to Rockwall in AM Traffic to be told. I'm Sorry We Don't Take Either One Of Your Insurances.... read more
