Professional and friendly.
My wife went there and they belittled her. She tried to mention what her teeth feel like and she was met with silence and ignorance. They had already taken 3 MONTHS to get a night guard for her , countless defective mouth guards that wouldn’t fit.. never ever had this issue before. They proceeded to let us know they would give her a price reduction for this and never had. If you want to leave the dentist crying , that’s the place to go! They only care about money, not the client. Embarrassing!
This was my first visit to this office and I was very pleased. The waiting area is very clean and inviting. The front desk staff was friendly and polite. The dentist was very kind as well. A top notch practice!
