With so many dental offices to choose from, I strongly suggest avoiding this dentist, Dr. Matthew Mayberry. His interest is trying to sell you on dental care that is not needed. He is not qualified to make dental impressions and provide a truthful consultation. Also, terrible scheduling issues, be sure to keep your emails, otherwise you will be billed for an appointment conflict when you didn't receive it in the first place. Billing issues as well. Just find another office to avoid the never ending frustration.
I was a patient at this practice from 2015 to 2022. Over the period of time, I witnessed a lot of turnover in dentists, hygienists, front desk staff. That should have been my cue but there were limited choices for dentists offered under my insurance plan. Reasons for the 1 star review. They do "combined billing." Meaning the WHOLE family gets a super bill. I asked for individual bills for each family member. I was told I could see who got what service on the large comprehesive bill. I’ve been coming to this dental office for years and have had a decent experience until recently when it radically changed. They seem to have a revolving door of medical as well as administrative staff. My recent treatment performed by Dr. Davis became a nightmare. This is a young doctor with an arrogant and dismissive attitude. I went in for a simple cleaning. Dr. Davis recommended and treated me for 2 crowns that resulted in excruciating pain for 3 weeks without offering a resolution. I had to refer myself to a root canal ... read more
