I was a patient at this practice from 2015 to 2022. Over the period of time, I witnessed a lot of turnover in dentists, hygienists, front desk staff. That should have been my cue but there were limited choices for dentists offered under my insurance plan. Reasons for the 1 star review. They do "combined billing." Meaning the WHOLE family gets a super bill. I asked for individual bills for each family member. I was told I could see who got what service on the large comprehesive bill. I’ve been coming to this dental office for years and have had a decent experience until recently when it radically changed. They seem to have a revolving door of medical as well as administrative staff. My recent treatment performed by Dr. Davis became a nightmare. This is a young doctor with an arrogant and dismissive attitude. I went in for a simple cleaning.
