If it gets any better than this I have not found it yet! I am a brand new client. I have been to Lakeside Day Spa twice in the past two weeks. First by myself for a Deep Tissue Massage with Mollie and then back again with my amazing bride for a Deep Tissue Couples Massage with Harmony & Mollie. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Did this provider show attention to detail? Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Were you able to relax during your appointment? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did the massage therapist play relaxing music during your massage? Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away
