I have to agree with Larry B., " The quality of this company's work has been terrible and they have been irresponsible and dishonest." Still trying to get them to make good on thier word.

Don't use this company! They built our pool in 2001. They didn't return for the final inspection. We couldn't reach the company and finally gave up. About a year later, our heater gave out, the salt water system broke, rebar was coming through the plaster causing rust stains and the light stopped working. The repair company told us that the light stopped working because the electric wiring was placed below water level, burning out the light and creating an electrical hazard. Great Customer Service!! Fantastic Pool! – I would say that building this pool was actually fun. I was provided a reference list of a few hundred names and my wife and I contacted about 20 of them, all over the Austin Area. Mostly we heard great things, (one customer complained about rain delays). What I like is that they all appeared to be honest reviews and Randy did not try to just give us the "perfect" list. Great Company and beautiful pool – My family and I had a great experience with this company. Randy Wright was very easily reached at all times through the construction process. I would recommend this builder to all who are interested. I was provided with a reference list of over a hundred people and out of the 6 I called all of them were happy. Best Pool Company in Austin – This company gave us a list of 50 references to check and everyone on the list that we called had great things to say about Lakeside. They finished our pool in the timeframe that they gave us and the pool is beautiful and everything went very smooth. They certainly can add our name to their reference list because we are very pleased and couldn't be happier. They have a great reputation and it is well deserved.

They really made a great impression – We hired Lakeside to build our pool about a year and a half ago. From the start to the finish we had a great experience with this company. We were not charged any extra fees, paid what was on the contract and got exactly what we wanted. The guys are nice and have them in my cell saved for anything. Very willing to answer any questions I had even a year after construction was done. I would tell any friend or family member to go with Lakeside they really did us right. -Nancy

Please use someone else – Told us the pool would take 60 days. It took a year. Promised the kids a pool for summer. They finished it the following winter. I would recommend that you use another pool company that will share information and be at least close to on time. They left out lots of details that cost us extra as well.
