This company bought out a previous therapy practice and completely mishandled the transition. Long-standing therapists were not retained, and clients were given little to no continuity of care. Totally blindsided by the new ownership and Lakeside Counseling. Zero communication as to them changing ownership and zero communication as to if and where my therapist will be taking clients (because she didn’t stay with this new owner). Been going here for 6 years and this is what happens. Yeah this new ownership doesn’t know what they’re doing. Phone number was disconnected, when I did finally get a contact number and they were about as clueless as me.
Zoe is awesome! She does ART therapy and it has really helped with anxiety even though I was skeptical in the beginning.
