Rude and condescending management. I do not recommend them. Their therapist canceled a session and they went back and forth with me, attempting to charge me for it.
I recently had my consultation with Emily and it was the most amazing time with a therapist I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. She constantly made eye contact which is huge for me while making notes of my history on her laptop. She also made me feel seen and understood, and asked me for my preferences so we could find a happy medium. I am very happy with my first experience at Lakeside Counseling and I cannot wait to restart my mental health journey here! 🫶
I have referred several patients to Lakeside Counseling and trust them tremendously to be compassionate and caring. Highly recommend!
Excellent care, at an excellent price. I have had the pleasure of working with two of the working therapists here and can not recommend them enough. The only reason that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone is to keep the schedule open for me because they do book up fast.
