We needed to replace our deck. Went to Angi's list. I contacted 3 places and we were most impressed with Jason. He's knowledgeable and has some great ideas. Lakeside was reasonable and his cousin, Josh did a great job on our deck.
Lakeside’s design was 3-ways better than what others offered, the bid was competitive and the workmanship excellent.
Our deck is absolutely beautiful. We hosted a party recently and received so many compliments on how beautiful the deck is and also the high end quality of the product. The crew was outstanding very personable, polite and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what we were expecting. They cleaned everything up every night before leaving and never left any mess. I would recommend them to everyone.
The guys were outstanding and did an awesome job. I have nothing but praise for the job they did for us. The deck is absolutely beautiful, we couldn’t be happier. The price was fair and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
Jason was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He invited any questions or clarifications we needed, even around my hectic work schedule. Because our decades old deck had nearly fallen off our home, we were extra cautious about building a new one. He went through all details with us, built the contract real-time with us, and even performed a small miracle in getting a last-minute ceiling add-on.
