Rented for two years, all was good till I decided to leave. Company never sent my deposit back. Didn't contact me until I asked for the $200 deposit back weeks later. Refused to send me a deposit, said there was small damage outside the unit. I didn't damage anything. They have camera up at units. Asked for the pic's of me doing the so called damage. If you rent from them expect to lose the deposit.
