Was excited to try this out. Showed up an hour after they opened up and was told brisket wouldn't be ready for another hour. If you are going to have an opening time, you should have your food ready for business. Not 2 hours later.
If you are looking for traditional pork bbq- they are no longer serving pork here as they are now Catering to Halal diners.
Sorry, I can't recommend this place. On my only visit, I had the brisket sandwich, fries, & a Pepsi. The sandwich was very mediocre. For what I got, the meal was expensive. The restaurant is a "hole-in-the-wall" type place without any ambiance. If you want high quality, delicious bar-b-que, Go to ZZQ Barbecue!
The worker in the front looked just as good as the food. Great service highly recommend.
Best food in Richmond went and super great customer service made my day. Highely recommend. Will be back soon
