I was so excited to see Lakeside Bank in Naperville and a few of the ladies from Oak Brook come over hands-down I get excellent customer service with the whole team from the branch manager to the assistant branch manager. I definitely give a lot of people referrals to this bank. it feels old school when you’re coming in they know you by name and you get immediate customer service. Jumanna has been by banker and managing my accounts and if it wasn’t for her and Tara, I honestly would not be at Lakeside bank.
