Lakeside Autocare is my go to mechanic shop in the Okanagan. I love supporting ma/pa shops and their customer service is always friendly, personable and all around enjoyable. I’ve never had an issue with them in the past and they’ve always had fair pricing. I recommend everyone to go here. They’ve helped me out immensely
Very poor customer service! Called them to replace a NOX SENSOR ON MY TURCK I had the new part but they wouldn’t install the replacement part only if they ordered the part. Told me to return my part? Then they would install and replace it with their part? Never use this auto shop!
This place helped me out immensely when I was in a bind. I got a nail in my tire on the highway and tire pressure was dropping fast. It was a stressful situation but thankfully I found this place who fit me in last minute. They were friendly and I appreciated their willlingness to help. I would definitely return if I found myself in the area again!
We had our tires swapped to winters at the beginning of November here. Right after Christmas, we planned to drive to Alberta. We noticed a little bit of a sliding issue on the car right after we had the tires changed when the roads were wet in town, but didn't think too much of it at the time.
