Quaint community nestled right on Lake Davidson... beautiful property, close to parks and schools. Renovations include washer/dryer, granite countertops, and dark cabinetry. They're adorable!

I have had a great experience living here! The apartments are newly redone and all have washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient! The rent is a great rate, especially given their great condition. I have found it very convenient as a Davidson student and the Safe Rides "Vamanos" van will take you here during its operating hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Management is very quick in responding to concerns as well! I would recommend Lakeside Apartments to anyone!
Great quiet community. I moved into a newly renovated apartment in May of 2015. I've had a great experience and Jeanne the property manager is very helpful! I would recommend to anyone in the area!
